Responsibility
Once you have signed to say you have received your order, it then becomes your responsibility. If someone else is signing to take delivery of your order (for example - having it delivered to your office or sending it as a gift) then you are accepting that their signature is proof of delivery and responsibility of that order is still transferred over to you.
Delivery Address
We ship to physical addresses only, please make sure to provide us with your correct delivery details and make sure that someone will be able to receive the parcel upon delivery. Couriers deliver from Monday-Friday from 8:00-17:00. A surcharge will be charged to deliver to farms, hospitals and chain stores.
International Shipping
We ship across borders with DHL express shipping. If your country isn't listed, kindly send us an email to get a quote to ship to your location. You may be liable for import costs, taxes, permits and other product restrictions. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel and we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. Custom policies differ depending in which country you live, therefore we will not be liable for any custom or import duties and fees.
Collection For Repair
In the event that a jewellery piece needs to be collected from you to be repaired, it is very important to package the item correctly as instructed by us. We cannot be held responsible if a parcel gets lost or damaged due to inaccurate packaging of an item. Please refer to our repair page for more information.
