Our jewellery is made specially for you, unfortunately you cannot exchange or refund your order.


Once your full payment is received, your order will be shipped or are available to be collected with an arrangement made. Courier at own risk. Once your parcel is given to our Courier partner, we are not held liable for any lost or damaged parcels. If you wish to have insurance taken out on your parcel, please send us an email for a quotation.
Online orders take approximately 4 weeks to complete and custom orders can take up to 6 weeks to complete.

Deliveries within South Africa take approximately 2-3 working days and for international deliveries 5-20 working days (depending on where you are) to arrive at your door.

We ship to physical addresses only, please make sure to provide us with your correct delivery details.

We now ship across borders with DHL express shipping. Kindly send us an email to get a quotation. All import costs, taxes, permits and other product restrictions are your responsibility and should be investigated before placing your order. Custom policies differ depending in which state and country you live, therefore we can’t be held responsible for any extra charges.
