We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need any guidance on choosing the right jewellery piece for you, kindly reach out to us before placing your order.

All Kolmio pieces are final sale, which means we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Damages and Issues

We carefully inspect every piece before shipping. If anything arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately by sending an email to tracey@kolmio.co.za.

Delivery Timeframes

Each of our pieces is meticulously made to order, with all the magic happening in our small workshop. Please refer to individual product descriptions for specific timing, we pour our heart into every detail to get your order to you as soon as possible. You’ll receive a personal update via email the moment your item ships. Deliveries within South Africa take approximately 2-3 working days and for international deliveries 5-10 working days (depending on where you are) to arrive at your door.

Insurance

When your order is finished, it will be shipped to your door. We take great care with making your jewellery pieces and appreciate your patience. All our courier parcels are insured for goods in transit, up to the value of R50 000 per parcel. If your order value is above R50 000, extra insurance can be added upon request with additional charges.

Responsibility

Once you have signed to say you have received your order, it then becomes your responsibility. If someone else is signing to take delivery of your order (for example - having it delivered to your office or sending it as a gift) then you are accepting that their signature is proof of delivery and responsibility of that order is still transferred over to you.

Delivery Address

We ship to physical addresses only, please make sure to provide us with your correct delivery details and make sure that someone will be able to receive the parcel upon delivery. Couriers deliver from Monday-Friday from 8:00-17:00. A surcharge will be charged to deliver to farms, hospitals and chain stores. 

International Shipping

We ship across borders with FedEx, UPS and DHL express to select countries. If your country isn't listed online, kindly send us an email to get a quote to ship to your location. You may be liable for import costs, taxes, permits and other product restrictions. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel, and we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. Customs policies differ depending on which country you live in, therefore we will not be liable for any customs or import duties and fees.

Collection For Repair

If a jewellery piece needs to be collected from you to be repaired, it is very important to package the item correctly as instructed by us. We cannot be held responsible if a parcel gets lost or damaged due to inaccurate packaging of an item. Please refer to our repair page for more information.
